Welcome to The Hollies Surgery, Formby

The new Surgery was designed by International Architect Francis Roberts and was built on the site of the original outbuildings of The Hollies, a large detached Victorian house in the centre of Formby.  The fully equipped, computerised surgery has been built in a bright and spacious style to blend with and compliment the existing house.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

Following our Questionnaire, the Doctors and Staff wanted to say that we all appreciate the concerns raised regarding telephone costs, and wish to assure you that we will deal quickly with telephone calls to ensure no-one is left on 'hold' or in a queue any longer than absolutely necessary

Our Practice Nurses will shortly have 'Reminder Slips' for patients who have had investigations
